Our principles

We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and only as needed for our association's purposes. We do not sell data.

Email contact

When you write to us, we use your details only to answer your enquiry. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Hosting and server logs

When you visit this website, the hosting provider briefly stores technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time and browser) to ensure secure operation. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Fonts

We load fonts from Google Fonts to display the website. Your IP address is transmitted to Google, including abroad (e.g. to the USA).

Flex-space booking

When you book a flex-space day, we store the date, name, email address, membership information and payment method to manage your reservation and record payment at the studio. Only the MIXITART board has access. Data is deleted once no longer needed for billing and accounting. For access or deletion requests: hello@mixitart.ch.

Dedicated space waiting list

When you join the waiting list for a dedicated studio space, we store your name, email address and optional details so we can contact you when a space becomes available. Only the MIXITART board has access. You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@mixitart.ch.

Membership and payments

When you apply for membership, we store your name, email address, postal address, contribution tier, optional message, acceptance of the articles of association, and payment and cancellation status for administration and accounting. Stripe processes payment and billing information; MIXITART does not store card details. Data may also be transferred abroad. Only the association's administration can access applications. Your personal management link provides access to your status and cancellation; do not share it. Data is retained only as long as necessary for membership, billing and statutory retention obligations.

AI space-design adviser

When you develop space-design ideas, your description is sent to Lovable AI for processing. Please do not enter personal or sensitive data. Our website does not permanently store your description or the response. The provider may keep technical service logs; for abuse prevention, we store a hashed technical request key and request counters. AI ideas are non-binding and may contain errors.
