For companies · For creative people

An unused room can be more than empty space. MIXITART brings self-taught artists and creative people together to paint, draw, sketch, experiment and exchange ideas. Community and mutual support are at the heart of it.

Creative work becomes visible in your company. Employees can encounter art, discover new perspectives and join in by arrangement. A creative breathing space in the working environment – not another office desk.

Your commitment becomes visible: with a pop-up, you show that your company opens vacant rooms for art and encounters – a story you are welcome to share.

Painting and drawing together bring people into conversation on equal terms – including people in transition, who get to know new companies this way. It is not a job placement service; it is an open encounter.

Predictable for your building: MIXITART is on site every Tuesday with one fixed person – access, check-in and supervision are handled by us. We agree on any further dates together.

Whether for a day or a longer period, we agree on duration and use together. We are looking for spaces available free of charge or at a low rent, leaving more for creative work.

MIXIT · In the same room

A pop-up lives from different people sharing the same room. MIXITART is on site on agreed days with a fixed person – for the host company, for its employees and for our members.

The company makes creative pauses possible for its employees and thus helps sustain a shared space for encounters and artistic work.

We agree the hour quota, times and conditions individually with each company.

Space requirements

Room for art. Light to work by.

An easy-to-clean floor, nearby water and electricity are helpful. Before using the space, we agree in writing on access, floor protection, cleaning, material storage, insurance and costs.

An idea · The mobile box island

An art space that travels with us.

Stackable multifunctional boxes become seats, worktables and storage. The idea: a mobile art island that adapts to the space. Set up, not built in – we take the furniture away again at the end.

Sit & create

Work close to the floor with materials within reach. The larger box has a fold-out wooden surface as a small worktable.

Stack & store

Individual boxes become compact storage. Materials stay organised; open space can be used for conversation and working together.

Bring in & take away

No drilling, no permanent fittings. The mobile furniture arrives for the Pop-up and leaves with us afterwards.

Welche Boxen und wie viele wir einsetzen, richtet sich nach Raum und Nutzung. Die Farbvarianten zeigen die Idee, nicht eine zugesagte Ausstattung.

Make it happen together

  1. 01

    Show us your space

Send us the location, approximate size, photos showing the windows and the possible timeframe. An initial idea is enough.

  2. 02

    Agree together

We visit the space and discuss what use suits your premises. We record the duration, access arrangements and responsibilities.

  3. 03

Bring it to life with art

Once everything is agreed, we invite people to create. The box island is set up and taken down again after the Pop-up.
